Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Distribution/ General Warehouse
What We're Looking For
An experienced Warehouse Associate responsible for all general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, inventory counts, order fulfillment, and related tasks.
The right candidate will be customer‑oriented, detail‑focused, reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal direction.
What You’ll Do- Shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management
- Record material received from vendors in the software system and maintain accurate inventory records
- Verify incoming and outgoing product inventory transactions
- Inspect incoming product for damage
- Retrieve and track miscellaneous inventory or supplies
- Pull correct items and quantities to fill customer orders
- Tag items with proper labels and store them according to the established retention system
- Load and unload deliveries to and from the warehouse
- Perform inventory management including cycle counts and ensure all product is accounted for
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment (pallet jack, dollies, handcart, etc.)
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and business standards
- Customer‑oriented approach and a desire to assist people
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting expectations
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated and able to exercise independent judgment
- Good work ethic; punctual and dependable
- Able to work both as a team member and independently
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing/receiving
- Basic PC skills with knowledge of MS Office products preferred
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted; must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, and climb steps regularly
- Bi‑lingual (Spanish) not required but a plus
Must be able to work Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
