Material Handler

Firenza Stone is looking for a dependable, hardworking Material Handler to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in our daily operations by safely moving, organizing, and preparing premium stone slabs for fabrication and installation.

• Safely load, unload, move, and store granite, quartz, marble, porcelain, and quartzite slabs.
• Operate forklifts, slab clamps, overhead lifting equipment, and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Receive incoming slab deliveries and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize inventory in the warehouse and slab gallery for efficient access.
• Pull and stage materials for fabrication and customer pickups.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate material locations.
• Keep the warehouse, slab yard, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support the fabrication and installation teams as needed.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and maneuver heavy materials with the proper equipment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record preferred for occasional deliveries.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
