Warehouse Logistics Manager (Last Mile) – Cleveland, OH – Supply Chain Solutions division.
Job OverviewRyder is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager responsible for managing all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. The role includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.
Compensation and Schedule- Pay Type:
Exempt / Salary paid twice per month. - Annual Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 per year based on experience.
- Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday 5:30 am – 3:00 pm (Saturdays same). - Manage drivers and delivery oversight, first level support for any customer inquiries.

- Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations.
- Be responsible for payroll of employees.
- Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability; provide financial data and weekly operation reports to senior management.
- Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
- Hold safety & security meetings, provide safety training, ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bilingual English and French (for Quebec locations only).

- Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required).
- Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations – advanced required.
- Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements – advanced required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry related field required.
- Two or more years of managing and leading direct reports required.
- Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations – advanced required.
- Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements – advanced required.
