• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity goals

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
