Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics while leading a team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a small, clean temperature controlled facility that builds electro-mechanical cabinets for quality scan machines in the packaging industry.

What You'll Do

Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, material handling, and shipping
Supervise and support the Shipping Coordinator and warehouse team
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
Ensure materials are delivered to production on time and customer shipments are processed accurately
Coordinate carriers and freight providers to support on-time deliveries
Drive warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and FIFO practices
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and material flow
Promote a safe, compliant, and quality-focused work environment

What We're Looking For

Experience managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment
Strong inventory control, logistics, and shipping/receiving experience
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
Experience leading and developing warehouse teams
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices
Forklift experience and certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes
