Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

Location: Cleveland, TN (Onsite – 5 days/week)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry‑Level Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience in a professional accounting environment while building a strong foundation in financial operations.

• Assist with preparation of journal entries and support general ledger maintenance
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts
• Support month‑end close activities and ensure deadlines are met
• Gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Provide support during internal and external audits as needed
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, financial statements)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

• Internship experience in accounting, finance, or related field
• Exposure to accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
