Location:

Windsor, ON. Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator for our Windsor, Ontario facility.

• Process invoices using a computerized accounting system and prepare cheques for payment.
• Perform timely processing of invoices using the system three‑way match process and manual approvals.
• Resolve problems/discrepancies related to invoices.
• Generate weekly cheque runs.
• Reconcile statements provided by vendors.
• Communicate with vendors regarding open invoices, pending payment and open issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel.
• Experience using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals.

• Two‑year diploma in accounting.
• One year experience in an accounts payable position.

Salary range: $45,000 – $63,000, based on education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs.
