Competitive hourly pay starting around $13/hour, based on experience, plus weekly performance-based bonuses.

Schedule:

Flexible afternoon/evening hours, including every other Saturday.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, organized Office Administrator to join our dealership team. This role plays a critical part in daily operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is not a high-pressure sales role, but it does involve customer interaction and assisting with the sales process from start to finish.

Typical Schedule

This position primarily works afternoon to evening hours, generally within the 2:00–7:00 PM window, Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday (10:00–3:00).

We are flexible on start times and willing to adjust hours for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.
  • Greet customers and help facilitate test drives.
  • Prepare, organize, and complete paperwork related to vehicle sales.
  • Scan, file, and manage digital documents.
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For

  • Prior office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
