Insight Global is seeking a Designer for one of their clients in the Chattanooga area within the healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for creating interior color schemes, furnishings, and accessory plans by interpreting blueprints and construction drawings. On a daily basis, the Designer will travel to various facilities to install furnishings and décor elements that align with established aesthetic standards.
They will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, project managers, and fabricators to support renovation and new‑construction projects. The Designer will also partner with facility leadership to address miscellaneous design needs and ensure spaces remain functional and visually cohesive. This position requires regular movement throughout facilities, exposure to typical construction and installation environments, and occasional extended work hours during installation periods.
The Designer will maintain detailed communication and documentation to support project goals and compliance standards. Creativity, organization, and strong communication skills are essential to success in this role.
