Faculty Position In Business Analytics

The School of Business at Lee University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in business analytics to begin in August of 2026.

The primary responsibilities for this position include teaching applied data analysis and business analytics courses at the undergraduate and MBA levels, with an emphasis on practical, decision-oriented use of data in business contexts. Additional duties include overseeing undergraduate research projects, engaging in scholarly work, advising students, participating in university and community service, and collaborating with colleagues to complement the school’s current strengths.

Candidates must hold at least a master’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or a closely related field. Significant professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or decision-support roles is highly valued and may be considered in lieu of a specialized graduate degree in analytics. A terminal degree (PhD or DBA) in business analytics or a related discipline is preferred but not required.

Other required qualifications include Christian commitment, demonstrated college teaching ability, and an ability to integrate elements of the Christian faith into course materials. Individuals from underrepresented populations are strongly encouraged to apply.
