Team Health has an excellent opportunity to grow your career as a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist in Cleveland, Tennessee. Encompass Health of Cleveland will be a state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation hospital, currently under construction, and is projected to begin seeing patients in Fall/Winter 2026.
The role of the physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist is key in the growth and quality of care a patient receives. You will work collaboratively with the primary care physician, advanced practice clinician, physical and occupational therapist to enhance each patient stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.
MedicalServices Provided
- Treatment for spasticity or pain that limits function
- Prescribe adaptive devices for safety
- Reduce opioid use through the use of alternative medication and modalities
- Educate staff on all aspects of the rehabilitation process
- On-site joint and trigger point injections
This is a full-time, eligible position that includes a base salary, additional income from billing, and PTO. Estimated annual compensation is $319,529 - $350,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
