Role Overview

The IT Services Specialist is a key member of the Mueller Water Products IT team, providing essential technical support and services to our user community, including Executive staff and the C-Suite team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installing and configuring hardware and software.

What You Will Do

Provide dedicated technical support to Executive staff, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, install and configure IT hardware and software, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage technical onboarding for new hires, and provide onsite and remote IT support for manufacturing and production environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, strong communication skills, and a high level of discretion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role with a proven ability to resolve a wide range of technical issues
  • Experience supporting executive teams, with strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, with experience in IT Asset Management
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) best practices and hands-on experience with Service Now platform
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are preferred
