Customer Account Coordinator – Cleveland, TNGeorgia‑Pacific is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support our Cleveland, TN corrugated box plant. The role acts as the primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers, ensuring accurate orders, quality customer service, and timely deliveries. The position reports to the Cleveland Customer Service Manager.
As the main point of contact, you will own the order process from start to finish, manage high‑volume order entry, item setup, and light accounting, while maintaining strong cross‑functional communication. Success requires accurate and accountable work, the ability to pivot quickly, and exceptional attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Location and Schedule4200 Old Tasso Rd NE, Cleveland, TN 37312
Fully onsite at the Cleveland plant.
Standard business hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday. Overtime and weekend flexibility may be required.
- Manage customer accounts with proactive communication via phone and email.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status, and other data.
- Set up orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals.
- Verify and maintain pricing and truckload quantity information.
- Coordinate product shipments with the shipping department.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to follow up on customer feedback and identify root causes.
- Manage inventories for efficient production planning.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable duties as needed.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) daily.
- Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to support operational efficiency.
- 2+ years of customer service in a fast‑paced environment such as corrugated manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with flexibility and composure under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and with customers.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented with a focus on data and account accuracy.
- Willingness to work on-site daily.
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheet organization).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Kiwi, Kiwi FFF, or PCS.
- Experience managing customer accounts and collaborating with sales, shipping, or production.
- Background in corrugated packaging, paper manufacturing, or a related industrial B2B environment.
