The Maintenance Level 3 is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all external aspects throughout the property, as assigned daily. They must handle emergency cleaning situations, assist on room turns, perform basic work orders and any other special projects assigned.

• Clean all walkways, stairwells, floors, doors, and parking lots.
• Pick up trash throughout the property.
• Assist with pack‑outs and trash‑outs.
• Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors on an ongoing basis.
• Spot clean or shampoo, as necessary, all floors regardless of surface (cement, tile, marble, carpet).
• Working knowledge of vacuums, wet vac, carpet shampooer, squeegee.
• Move furniture and appliances as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to manager as needed.
• Paint parking areas, walls, fences, graffiti removal, as needed.
• Assist on room turns and basic work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
• Own maintenance tools.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 100 pounds.
• Constant face‑to‑face interactions with customers.
• Ability to multi‑task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.
• Comply with the brand and company uniform and hygiene policies.
• Fun, dynamic environment.
• Sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, climbing. Ability to work in cramped, dirty/dusty and cold or hot conditions.
