Description of the role
Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and grounds of Wood Spring Suites Cleveland in Cleveland, TN to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and address them promptly to prevent further damage.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Competitive compensation of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
