Role and Responsibilities

• Stack, sort and palletize Corner Guard product of various weights. Must be able to lift upwards of 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues or defects.
• Assist in moving palletized products using non-powered equipment.
• Stretch-wrap, band, and store ready to ship product in neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain accurate inventory of stored and ready to ship product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow instructions and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of production

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read micrometer, caliper, and tape measure
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Physically able to stand, bend/stoop, kneel, lift, reach and other physical tasks during an 8-10-hour shift.
• Must be 18 years of age

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
