Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 7:30 PM OR 7 PM - 7:30 AM | 2-2-3 schedule | Will work every other weekend

This isn't your average clock-in, clock-out gig. Our MIG welder opening in Cleveland is for someone who wants steady pay, a team that works hard, and the satisfaction of seeing real results.

• Proven MIG welding background in metalwork. (2 years).
• Fabrication, grinding/cutting, machining, and CNC experience.
• Eye for detail and pride in a clean bead.
• Comfortable using hand tools and welding equipment.
• Able to handle physical demands - lifting and standing.
• Safety-first mindset and team spirit.
