Now hiring Production Associate - Direct Hire

Location: Cleveland, TN

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 2 - 2 - 3 Rotating Schedule | Working every other weekend

Requirements
  • 3 years of previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
  • Basic computer, math, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Frequent walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently within specifications
  • Measure, mix, and assemble materials with precision
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor processes and record accurate production data
  • Identify issues and communicate with supervisors to resolve problems quickly
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjust equipment as needed
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
  • Load materials into mixers, feeders, and production equipment
  • Operate machinery such as extruders and automated systems
  • Cut, assemble, and build products to exact specifications
  • Use forklifts and overhead cranes safely (if trained)
  • Support inventory, quality improvements, and process enhancements
