Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA - Day Shift

Overview

Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland is a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center devoted to resident‑centered care with 24‑hour skilled nursing, a fully equipped rehab gym, respite care, hospice care, and long‑term nursing services.

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who prefers working weekends and is passionate about providing high‑quality, compassionate care.

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents’ rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from state.
• Current or active CPR certification preferred.
