** to oversee daily medical operations and nursing staff at Bradley County Jail. As the facility’s HSA you will manage clinical care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary liaison between custody leadership and our regional leadership team.

* Direct and supervise all nursing services and health-services administration
* Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff; maintain appropriate staffing levels

Required Qualifications
* Valid, unrestricted Tennessee or multi-state
** RN license
*** Minimum
** 2 years of nursing supervisory experience**
* ** 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience** (preferred)
* Current CPR certification
* Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
