Tennessee Oncology in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing support for clinic operations and ensure safe, quality patient care throughout the patient treatment continuum.
You will perform rooming, vital signs, EMR documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and RN staff. Oncology outpatient experience and current LPN license are required; ONS chemotherapy course within 6 months preferred.
