** This RN will float to assigned units based on organizational staffing needs. Supports departmental goals by maintaining excellent attendance and reliability. Accepts assignments in accordance with hospital staffing guidelines and scope of practice. Participates in bedside shift report and interdisciplinary rounds. Serves as a resource for staff while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Education:
Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.
Experience:
Two years of recent experience in a hospital preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS required. If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
