- Certifications:
ACLS & BLS (AHA or ARC); - Minimum 2 years of ICU RN Experience
- Ideal Candidate:
Able to pick up 2 shifts per week, work 2 weekends every 6 weeks, and 1 major + 1 minor holiday annually. - Required Immunizations: MMR, Varicella or Declination, Hep B or Declination, Flu or Declination, TB
- What you will be doing:
- ICU RNs at Bradley Medical Center provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions requiring close monitoring and rapid intervention. Daily duties include managing ventilators, titrating vasoactive drips, and continuously monitoring cardiac and hemodynamic status. RNs respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, administer critical medications, and assist with procedures like intubation or central line placement. They collaborate closely with intensivists, document detailed assessments, and provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress situations.
