Quality Manager

Lubing USA in Cleveland, TN is a manufacturer of poultry and horticulture equipment and is looking for an energetic, motivated, and self-managing individual to join our team as the Quality Manager. This role will be responsible for improving and scaling our Quality Management System to support current and future business growth. Developing standard inspection procedures, tracking nonconformance issues, and implementing corrective action solutions will be a main focus of this position.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience implementing successful quality standards to drive product compliance and reduce nonconforming inventory.

We are seeking a Quality Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, TN. This role is responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements, and leveraging that knowledge to strengthen and formalize the quality management framework. The Quality Manager will establish, implement, and maintain standardized inspection processes for both internally manufactured components and incoming purchased materials, while initially performing a significant portion of inspections to ensure strong foundational controls and building scalable quality resources over time.

The position leads nonconformance management activities, including documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and verification, and works cross-functionally with production, engineering, and suppliers to mitigate quality risks and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the Quality Manager ensures regulatory compliance, tracks and analyzes key quality metrics within the ERP system, trains plant personnel on quality standards and inspection practices, and defines the roadmap for future quality system enhancements, audits, and potential certifications.

This role is critical to maintaining product integrity and reinforcing the organization’s commitment to superior quality and operational excellence.

• Four-year undergraduate degree or 2+ year technical degree in Quality Control / Assurance preferred.
• Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, along with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality manufacturing maintenance
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection, NCR, corrective action processes.
• Proficiency in conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation standards.
• Skills in leadership, team coordination, and effectively communicating quality goals and solutions across departments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Basic skills in manual machining, fabrication, and welding is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and/ or as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
