Inside Sales - Bilingual Spanish

With a trajectory of growth since 2002, we now boast a presence in over 8 locations across the southern region. An exciting opportunity awaits in our Chattanooga location.

We are currently seeking a customer-focused Inside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. • Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
• Execute outbound calling strategies.li>
• Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.

• One year experience in sales
• Background in construction/roofing related field
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

• Dynamic work setting within a secure privately held company.

• Monday through Friday schedule (Occasional weekend Events)
• Unlimited earning potential w/commission! Potential salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year to start
• Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service)
• PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)
• 8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too)
