- Building Relationships:
Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service every time. - Managing Your Service Route:
Oversee daily operations of your universal service route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all tasks. - Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
- Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams—customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals—to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
- Safety First:
Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.
- Training hourly pay range $15–$18; after training, annual salary range $45k–$65k, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
- 1–2 years pest experience preferred.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
