• Building Relationships:
  Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route:
  Oversee daily operations of your universal service route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all tasks.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
• Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams—customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals—to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Training hourly pay range $15–$18; after training, annual salary range $45k–$65k, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
• 1–2 years pest experience preferred.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
