Unarmed Security Officer

Unarmed Security Officer needed in Cleveland, TN

• Provide security in a manufacturing environment
• Conduct interior and exterior security checks via foot patrols.
• Grant gate access to the property
• Sign in visitors and contractors
• Answer phone calls as needed
• Assist employees as required
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and critical situations in a calm manner.
• Observe and report incidents.
• Work as part of a team while also being able to act independently according to established protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Read and understand written instructions, complete standard forms and logs, and compose reports that convey complete information in a legible manner.
• Walk up to 8 miles per 8‑hour shift, including climbing stairs.
• Complete outside patrols in any weather conditions.

• Current Tennessee Unarmed Security License
• Customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana.
