Industrial Valve Sales and Service is seeking an Actuator Technician responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, installing, and commissioning actuators. The role involves guiding and mentoring team members at customer sites or in the shop. Proficiency in electric and pneumatic actuators, auxiliary gears, and adherence to proper work rules are essential.
Job Duties- Install Shafer, Biffi, Bettis, EIM electric & pneumatic actuators
- Install and troubleshoot actuator controls
- Perform stainless steel tube bending and installation
- Install seal kits for various electric & pneumatic actuators
- Disassemble, reassemble, and troubleshoot actuators
- Rigging and operating service truck cranes
- Experience with Limitorque, Rotork, EIM actuators is preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- 5 to 10 years’ experience working on natural gas pipelines (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to maintain a DOT physical annually
