Maintenance Technician - Plastics Manufacturing
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team in a dynamic plastics manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Perform welding and work with PLC controls to maintain and repair HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with a smaller maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient in maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Skilled in welding and PLC control systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with drives.
- Understanding of detailed schematics.

Work EnvironmentWork in a non-temperature controlled, newer facility with modern equipment. Be prepared for overtime, especially during peak seasons, as part of a smaller maintenance team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, TN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
