CDL Local Propane Delivery Driver

Company Overview

Rapid Xchange is a family‑owned propane cylinder exchange delivery company serving commercial and industrial businesses throughout the Southeast United States. With a fleet of delivery trucks and a team of experts, we cover 20 states and have been operating since 1958.

We are looking for a local delivery driver to provide safe, reliable, prompt, and courteous delivery of propane cylinders to our customers. The role requires frequent interaction with customers and involves driving in varying weather conditions.

• Deliver propane cylinders to customers safely and punctually.
• Maintain courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Handle delivery logistics including loading, unloading, and documentation.
• Work independently while communicating with the dispatch team.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and hazardous material regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather and driving conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a team environment.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred (can be gained during training).

• Hourly pay plus commission on all deliveries.
