We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Service Greeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our service department, ensuring that each guest is welcomed warmly and directed efficiently. • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member based on their needs.
• Provide information about our services and answer any initial questions that guests may have.
• Assist in managing the service appointment schedule to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
