• Ditch the Table:
  
  As an RBT, you’ll spend 90% of your time on the floor. If a learner loves trains, you’re teaching colors and social  high-fives  using trains, not flashcards.

• One-on-One Connection:
  
  Deliver personalized support in our clinic and out in the community.
• Creative Learning:
  
  Use play to facilitate essential life skills. You’ll be part teacher, part playmate, and part  Mac Gyver —turning a tissue box and a spoon into a drum set to capture a learner’s interest.
• The Safe Harbor:
  
  When a learner has a hard time, you are their  safe harbor , not their warden. You prioritize safety and co-regulation over finishing a data sheet.

  Track progress and celebrate the wins (big and small) with your team.
