Coalition is seeking a Day Supervisor to lead on-site production during day shifts and ensure cross-shift continuity across plant operations. You will drive performance, coaching front-line leaders, and partnering with Plant Management, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to meet production plans safely and to specification.
You will lead daily production execution, ensure standard work, and champion continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating staffing and resources.
