Machine Shop Maintenance Mechanic 2nd Shift

Job Description- Performs general maintenance of CNC Lathes and CNC MIlls
- Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment machines such as forklifts, lathes, forging equipment among others
- Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
- Lubricates and cleans parts
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
- Must be able to communicate both in writing and orally as it relates to the job
- A minimum of 2 years of basic maintenance in a machine shop preferred
- Ability to demonstrate good sound mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices
- Welding experience:
Stick / TIG / MIG - Must be able to follow instructions and have the ability to manage a range of priorities
- Must possess knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds
- High School Diploma
