About the Position

Cleveland Health Care Center is located at 903

E. Houston St, Cleveland, TX 77327. We offer full‑time and PRN opportunities with 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts. Daily pay is available.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Supervise and support CNAs on your assigned unit
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Deliver compassionate, resident‑centered nursing care Support a positive and professional team environment

• Current, active Texas RN or LVN license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long‑Term Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset
