• Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Handle cash, credit, and debit payments and provide correct change
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Assist with stocking shelves, inventory, and general store upkeep as needed
• Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends as needed
