Position: Industrial Flooring Estimator / Project Manager

Hardig Industrial Services (HIS) is an award‑winning specialty resinous flooring and concrete polishing contractor with locations in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. We are immediately hiring for an Experienced Estimator / Project Manager. HIS has grown to be a nationally recognized leader in the industrial flooring industry serving commercial and industrial facilities throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, with national capabilities. What You Will Do as an Estimator / Project Manager
  • Review take‑offs, drawings and bid packages to develop estimates and proposals
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Lead projects from startup through completion ensuring scope, quality, timing and budgets are met
  • Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, field teams, vendors and customers
  • Track project performance through costs, WIP reporting and budgeting
Estimator / Project Manager Requirements
  • Project management experience in commercial/industrial construction (industrial flooring preferred)
  • Ability to review bid packages and drawings
  • Experience managing projects, budgets and schedules
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
