This Laser Operation Support will be based at the Cleves location. The shifts are Monday‑Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Laser clean‑up is responsible for cleaning/deburring parts, assisting the laser operator in unloading parts, keeping the shop organized, and cross‑training in other areas of manufacturing as needed.

• Identify part quality and address any poor‑quality parts.
• Match paperwork with parts (knowledge of how to read notice blueprints).
• Clock in/scan jobs out after processing and counting to assure everything is correct.
• Move parts through the shop to the next appropriate work sequence.
• Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
• Remain alert and attentive during the work shift.

• High school diploma (or in progress for vocational welding students).
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn to read routers, blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
