At our privately owned small animal practice on the west side of Cincinnati, we believe that a fulfilling veterinary career starts with a schedule that supports your life—not the other way around. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, a four-day week, or a three-day workweek with longer shifts, we’ll work with you to build a role that fits your needs. We’re seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. You’ll be working in a renovated, well-equipped facility with a supportive leader and experienced staff who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

  • Team-Centered Culture: You’ll work alongside a highly skilled support staff with a 3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio.

  • Open to All Experience Levels: Whether you re just starting your career or seeking a change, we provide mentorship or autonomy based on your comfort level.

  • Comfortable Appointment Pace: 20–40 minute appointments allow you to provide quality care without feeling rushed.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $160K–$215K, based on experience and schedule

  • Medical Insurance Stipend: Includes dependents

  • PTO: 15 days (3 weeks) annually

  • SEP IRA: Employer contribution up to 15%

  • CE Support: $3,000 annually for continuing education

  • Licenses & Dues: Fully covered

  • Ownership Potential: Partnership opportunity within 3 years
