Requirements

What You'll Do as a Service Technician

* Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems, including faucets, fixtures, shower valves, water heaters, softeners, and sump pumps

* Perform professional drain cleaning using proper techniques

* Guide customers to make informed and confident buying decisions

* Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and professionalism

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

* 4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing technician (required)

* Service Titan experience (preferred but not required)

* A professional, positive, and energetic attitude

* A clean driving record and valid driver's license

* Ability to pass a drug test

* Honesty, dependability, and a commitment to customer service
