Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The dispatcher is responsible for the timely and accurate dispatch of sub‑haulers for vehicle pick‑up and delivery, ensuring excellent service to customers and adherence to company policies.

• Outbound calls to pick‑up locations and sellers
• Dispatch sub‑haulers within company timelines
• Verify sub‑haulers meet company requirements before dispatch
• Solicit business and use cost‑effective vendors to meet budget objectives
• Educate sub‑haulers on policies and procedures
• Maintain and archive documents, monitor fax machine, and print reports
• Answer phone calls and collect payments on member deliveries
• Print checks and manage vendor relationships
• Comply with safety regulations and enforce company rules
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Occasional overtime as needed

• Two years of dispatch experience
• One year of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Compensation

  Pay: $21.05 - $23.71 per hour.
