As part of our development, we are looking for a Service After-Sales (SAV) technician to strengthen our team.

Your missions:

• Diagnose and repair breakdowns on:

  • Air/water and air/air heat pumps.

  • Photovoltaic systems.

  • Thermodynamic tanks.

  • Pellet stoves.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Ensure the commissioning of new equipment for customers.

• Assist customers by phone or on site.

• Explain the interventions carried out and advise on good usage practices.

• Forward the necessary information to the technical and commercial service.

• Write intervention reports via the internal tool.

• Fill out intervention forms and follow up on equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and current standards.

• Technical training:
  Bac Pro/BP electricity, electrotechnics, refrigeration and air conditioning, industrial maintenance or equivalent.

• Desired skills:

  • Knowledge of heat pumps, photovoltaic solar and thermodynamics.

  • Mastery of electricity (reading diagrams, diagnosis).

  • Use of measuring tools (multimeter, manometers, etc.).

• Skills:

  • Customer service sense, autonomy, rigor.

  • Good interpersonal skills and analytical mind.

• Preferred certifications:

  • Attestation of aptitude for refrigerant fluids (Category
    1)

  • Current electrical qualifications (H0B0 /  ).

  • Certifs QualiPAC / QualiPV

• Service vehicle equipped + fuel card.

• Professional phone and computer.

• Regular training (PAC, photovoltaic, thermodynamics, safety).
