Description of the PositionAs part of our development, we are looking for a Service After-Sales (SAV) technician to strengthen our team.
Your missions:
Maintenance and troubleshootingDiagnose and repair breakdowns on:
Air/water and air/air heat pumps.
Photovoltaic systems.
Thermodynamic tanks.
Pellet stoves.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure the commissioning of new equipment for customers.
Assist customers by phone or on site.
Explain the interventions carried out and advise on good usage practices.
Forward the necessary information to the technical and commercial service.
Write intervention reports via the internal tool.
Fill out intervention forms and follow up on equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and current standards.
Technical training:
Bac Pro/BP electricity, electrotechnics, refrigeration and air conditioning, industrial maintenance or equivalent.Desired skills:
Knowledge of heat pumps, photovoltaic solar and thermodynamics.
Mastery of electricity (reading diagrams, diagnosis).
Use of measuring tools (multimeter, manometers, etc.).
Skills:
Customer service sense, autonomy, rigor.
Good interpersonal skills and analytical mind.
Preferred certifications:
Attestation of aptitude for refrigerant fluids (Category
1)Current electrical qualifications (H0B0 / ).
- Certifs QualiPAC / QualiPV
Service vehicle equipped + fuel card.
Professional phone and computer.
Regular training (PAC, photovoltaic, thermodynamics, safety).
