Part of Empath Health’s not‑for‑profit network, we are seeking a PRN Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Award‑Winning Home Health Provider for 2026.

Hendry County – Clewiston, LaBelle, and Lehigh Acres.

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, and regulatory standards.
• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments, including required OASIS assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on swallowing safety, dietary consistency, and communication strategies.
• Support cognitive, sensory‑motor, language, and memory development through individualized therapeutic interventions.

• Graduate of an accredited program meeting certification requirements for ASHA, or actively progressing toward certification.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• One (1) year of home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient‑education skills.
