We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to Medicare patients in compliance with all applicable guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Provide therapy services to Medicare patients as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow Medicare guidelines and company policies for care delivery
- Valid OTA license in the state of Florida.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Kinnser is preferred
