RN & LPN - 12hr shifts - Clewiston, Florida

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring in Clewiston, Florida and the surrounding areas.

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• 12hr Day and Night shifts are available
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance withHIPAA
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
• We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires Liability Insurance).

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
