Job TitleSolar PD10 Operator
Responsibilities- Safely operate PD-10 Heavy Equipment.
- Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
- Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs a day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel for solar projects across New Mexico and Texas.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Pre-employment drug test required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Starting at $23-24/hr, based on experience.
