Build the Future of American Aquaculture
Tech Farm is growing — in scale, in technology, and in team. We're looking for people who want to do meaningful work: feeding people, building sustainable systems, and proving that American fish farming can compete with anything in the world.
What Makes This DifferentEvery day, you're producing food. Real protein that feeds real people. There's no abstraction between your work and its impact — the fish you raise this morning will be on someone's plate this week.
Technology Meets Hands-On WorkWe're a farming operation investing in AI, IoT sensors, and data-driven decision making. If you want to work with your hands AND your mind, this is one of the few places where both are valued equally.
No snow. No off-season. Our farms operate 365 days a year in Southern Florida — Clewiston on the lake and Homestead near Miami. The work is steady and the weather cooperates.
Ground Floor of a Growing IndustryWith only 147 tilapia farms in the entire U.S. and a $3.2 billion market to serve, this industry is going to grow dramatically. Experience at Tech Farm — one of the largest and most technology-forward operations in the country — is a credential that will carry weight for decades.
Current OpeningsClewiston, FL Full-Time
Day-to-day tank management: water quality testing, feeding, grading, harvest support, equipment maintenance. Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions with live fish. Prior aquaculture experience preferred but not required — we train.
Oversee production schedules, staff coordination, inventory management, and quality control across Clewiston facilities. 3+ years experience in aquaculture, agriculture, or livestock operations. Leadership experience required.
Dedicated delivery route transporting live tilapia from farm to wholesale buyers across South Florida. Valid Class A or B CDL required. Knowledge of live animal transport a plus.
Build and deploy our IoT sensor network and machine learning pipeline for real-time water quality monitoring, feeding optimization, and growth prediction. Experience with Python, sensor integration, time-series data, and ML model deployment. Aquaculture knowledge not required — curiosity is.
Own Tech Farm's digital presence: website content, blog articles, social media, and investor communications. Strong writing skills, SEO knowledge, and comfort translating technical aquaculture concepts into compelling content for multiple audiences.
Aquaculture Student InternshipsWe partner with Florida universities to offer hands‑on aquaculture internships. Interns work directly on production operations — water quality management, feeding protocols, grading, and harvest — gaining practical experience that complements academic coursework. This program qualifies Tech Farm for the Florida Experiential Learning Tax Credit ($2,000 per intern, up to $10,000/year).
