Director of Rehab

Stellar Senior Living seeks a Director of Rehab to lead our on-site rehabilitation program within a resident-first, compassionate senior living community. This leader oversees PT, OT, and speech services, ensuring personalized, goal-driven care for residents in independent, assisted living, and memory care settings. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring therapy staff, managing schedules and caseloads, monitoring outcomes and documentation, and ensuring regulatory and Medicare compliance.

The Director partners closely with nursing, physicians, and families to support safe mobility, function, and quality of life, while driving program growth, staff development, and continuous improvement in a warm, homelike environment.
