The Senior Accountant supports month-end close, account reconciliations, audits, and special accounting projects. Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries, analyzing and reconciling balance sheet accounts (such as cash, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany), and improving accounting processes.
Responsibilities- Prepare standard and ad hoc journal entries
- Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts monthly
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and transactions
- Support audits with schedules and documentation
- Assist in financial analysis and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience
