We are seeking a technically strong Certified Public Accountant to join a growing international tax and advisory practice supporting founders, startups, scale-ups, and established businesses expanding into the United States.

This is not an executive management role. We are looking for a hands‑on Certified Public Accountant who enjoys technical tax work and is highly proficient in preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns and advising international clients on their U.S. tax obligations.

As a Certified Public Accountant, you will work directly with international businesses on complex cross‑border tax matters, U.S. compliance requirements, and entity structuring while building long‑term client relationships within a collaborative and growing practice.

• Prepare and review U.S. tax returns and related compliance filings for international businesses operating in or entering the U.S.
• Deliver cross‑border tax planning, projections, and compliance advice.
• Guide clients through U.S. entity formation and tax elections.
• Support transfer pricing agreement preparation.
• Liaise with overseas accountants, finance teams, and auditors.
• Provide practical tax advice and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

• 5+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong U.S. and international tax knowledge with excellent technical tax preparation skills.
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex U.S. tax returns.
• Experience using accounting and ERP platforms such as Quick Books, Net Suite or SAP.
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship‑building skills.
• Authorised to work and travel within the United States.
